Default Same o2's?

Are the front and rear o2's the same.
I'm not running any rears, so if I have a problem with a front one going out, can I plug in one of my old rears in it's place?

Ran the rear sensors up front after LT install. Pinout was different. Ended up installing front sensors with rear Vette 02's due to heater issues along with LT's. Seemed to do the trick. Lot of info over at tech regarding the swap (including pinout). New factory sensors might have done the trick.

The fronts and rears are the same on my truck, I replaced one of the fronts in that manner.
