Default Rear o2 monitors with headers.

As of '08 in my county, '01+ vehicles can only have one obd2 monitor not ready to pass inspection, but if I got the rear o2's tuned out, I will have two not ready. Am I missing something? There isn't really room to put the stock cats behind headers (at least with the skill of most exhaust shops) to make the o2's work properly. High flow cats, spark plug non foulers on the o2's, and o2 simulators seem to be hit or miss. What are my options? I'm looking at ebay headers with the dummy cats in the y-pipe. If only it had one rear o2 in the y..

I may be wrong, but I think if you have them tuned out they'll read "ready" ... someone else needs to chime in to confirm this though.

just basing this on my dad's '00 formula, his rear 02's are supposed to be tuned out and they read not ready. No cel. If tuning them out fixes it, great

IIRC when I have mine shut off and do an 02 scan my efi live reads normal. But here's another bump
