Default Ready to give up

This all started about 3 weeks ago, I have a 1999 Silverado it a 5 speed 4.8 truck. The starter was making a noise so I decided to change the starter. pulled truck on pad, changed starter worked great went to house to get something came back to move truck out of way nothing. Thought battery went dead it was ok, thought new starter went bad, put old starter back on. Tested starter both work. Checked wire to starter solenoid no power but the starter relay clicks. Pulled relay out got a new one still clicks . Looked on relay at input 30 (which goes to starter solenoid wire),run a wire to battery on this wire and starter rolls over. Bought a new starter switch nothing the relay still clicks ( also bought a new key cylinder) got checking some I have no power windows. no power to radio, no power to blower motor, no turn signals, no wipers, but I do have headlights horn dash lights. Is there a fuseable link in this system? I'm out of ideas!!!

Bad ground in the system somewhere. Check the major grounds. This will cause all the symptoms you have described.

And check the 4 wires to the crank sensor that is right above the starter. I let my starter drop one time and it pulled the wires out of the crank sensor plug and it did the same thing.
