No matter what I do whenever I enter pe mode it is too rich and not running at commanded afr. Ive even tried setting the whole table 1.112 and I get mv in the 940 range, they do seem to come down slightly with consecutive wot runs but it should be around 900 at least and its not. Ive turned off cat over temp protection, I am missing something here and its really frustrating.
help before I drive this thing off a damn cliff.

I do have larger injectors and only tuned the ifr table for them (this might have something to do with it)

 

hey 02 - just curious, what does your fuel trim look like right before you go into PE? Is it +? If so could hat possibly be adding fuel?

 

set the ifr to 34 and compensated with the ve and maf table to align trims this is what was causing my pe to be rediculously rich no matter what I set it at. I need to do some more looking maybe the max flow of the 8.1 is 31 lb/hr regardless of rail pressure. If the orifice isnt very large it wouldnt matter if I had 500 kpa rail pressure they would only flow so much.
