I am getting this code.....(reverse gear ratio incorrect)......what has to be done to fix this?

 

drivetrain changes lately? Ususally incorrect gear ratio codes have something ot do with a speed sensor of some sort, comparing wheel speed to input/output speeds of trans. But, that code is usually accompanied by another. Haven't done any gear swaps, trans repair, swaps or anything?
