Default Please Help! OBDII not working!

I was driving my truck today and it threw a code, no big deal its been throwing random missfire codes every now and then. I get back to the shop and I go to hook up my Snap-On Diagnostics computer to it. I plug it up to the OBDII and nothing. It doesnt have any power or anything. So I thought it might be my computer. I go hook it up to a 2005 fords OBDII and it works, I tried a 2000 Rangers OBDII and the computer powers up like normal. I go back to my truck and it doesnt work. So something is wrong somewhere with the OBDII plug on my truck. Is there a fuse to it? I checked the wires and none have come loose. Please help there is no way to read engine codes or nothing if this doesnt work! So what should I do??

Daniel

IIRC, Fuse should be the same as the cigarette lighter.
