HPT?
It depends on what you want to be looking for. Logging over 24 bits lowers the resolution.

These are a few of the regualr ones i log with, keep in mind I don't have a MAF.

Actually using EFI. Wanting to log a 99 5.3, bolt ons, cam, and 42lb injectors. So just wanting to tune everything all around to getting it running its best. Trans is good to go i believe, so everything else is what i'm needing. Thanks

things like RPM, MPH, commanded afr, fuel trims(unless you have them turned off), iat, ect, spark advance, knock retard, knock learn factor(if you believe knock may be affecting what table timing is coming from), etc. Its really about what YOU find useful or what exactly you are looking to tune at a given time.

Right. You use whatever PIDS you need to do what your wanting to do. There's different PIDS for different things you may be doing.
Do 1 thing at a time, If your tuning the ve table, click on HELP on the top right of your window and look at the tutorial, it tells you what PIDS you need to do that.
