Default people with tbss intakes come on in (87mm tb wiring)

people with tbss intakes come on in (87mm tb wiring)

i installed my tbss intake today and it went on with out an problems, but when i went to re-wire the truck 8 pin tb plug to the 6 pin 87mm tb that's when i steeped into poop. here's how i wired it:

the 2 wires left out are
gry: 5 volt ref
blk: low ref

it will idle fine @ 600-700rpm and rev in park ( revd to 3000rpm and almost staled out when it came back down) with out setting any codes but 1.5 miles into 3 mile "test track" the check motor light came on and it went into reduced power mode after pulling the codes they are
P2101 - Throttle actuator control module range
P0120 - throttle/pedal position sensor switch A and switch B malfunction
P0220 - ^^^
P1516 - Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Module Throttle Actuator Position Performance

pertinent info:
the tune has not been touched after i installed manifold/tb
did not use x link used different tac module (12574221)

so im thinking when i re-wired it i wired the 2 tps signal wires backwards. any other ideas?

i tried swapping the tps sig wires and it still doesn't work so i can now confirm that a 02 tac mod swap is 100000% BS with a truck 87mm tb. at this stage in the game with my power goils in mind i think ill end up buying a LS1 to LS2 adapter, i just cant justify spending 2x what i spent on a intake manifold and 87mm tb for a extra 9mm of tb blade

Their are many ways you can approach it, yes you can use your same injectors and fuel rails, etc.... with the return style setup.

Their is a decent write up on it somewhere let me find the link and post it up for you instead of me using up two pages of a thread. Hahaha

Yes if you could that would be great.. There area bunch of write ups, but to sift through all of them, if you know the particular one, would be nice.. This is a great CHEAP improvement over stock. I was going to go vic jr or por flow, but it is $$$$ dude to all the **** you have to change.. All the NA dyno's I have seen have been atleast 15hp over the stock one to the wheels.. I would imagine a bit more for a FI set up.. To the orig poster, sorry for the thread jack..
