Mark, you know I like you, lol, but if you called two months ago, we returned your call.
I just checked my inbox and I see you sent an email on 2-9, I'm behind on emial as well, but I'll answer it.
The fact is retunes take 1-5 days to get out.
Melissa is the best at getting back to customers, and if you've tried once, then she has either returned your call, left you a message, or sent you an email.
Me on the other hand, I am busy and sometimes it takes me a bit to get back, but I do.
If you need an issue solved or a retune, the process is to call, Melissa will answer and you simply request a retune. She answers the phone all day, everyday and will get it taken care of!
There isn't one person on the internet that can say Melissa does not return phone calls. She may not be able to answer your deep technical questions, but she can ask me and get back to you if it's an emergency.
She just handed me a retune form, so I'll put it line and get to it as soon as possible.
