I am getting the P1514 code sometimes when my truck idles with the ac on. The idle jumps around about 500 rpm and then goes into REP. It has recently been tuned so I'm not sure if it's a tuning issue or what. It has done it 3 times over a period of a month. My setup is the truck below, 408/4L80E slightly ported 87mm TB, X-link, and L92 truck intake and top end running an OLSD hptuners tune. I have searched with no definite ideas other than a bunch of maybes. I'm thinking possibly bad ecm... Any of you experience this or have a good idea of what it could be?

Check the wires right before they plug into the Dr. X harness. Give the yellow and brown wire a pull, and see if they are brittle inside. If you feel the wire sheathing stretching, it is broken inside, and needs to be repaired/replaced. Do you know if your tuner increased your airflow tables?

I run into this problem last week with a truck that I tune, i was getting the same code and the MAF sensor, Replace the MAF sensor and fix the problem.
But I see you running OLSD, its that the only code you getting?

Gadgetized; I'm about 99.99% sure it's either the tuning or the pcm. It has ran fine before and it's never consistant with anything else that I can tell. It runs fine once the fuel trims are reset, but it shows one bank goin lean and one going rich on acceleration. They are even at idle. The longer it is driven the worse it gets.
