Exclamation P0352 Dead Misfire Lq4 6.0

Hey guys , alright so i have a 97 model C1500 that i did a LS swap in. Its 01 LQ4 6.0 and a couple weeks ago i was driving around Tennessee in it and it started to randomly misfire and threw the factory SES light. Almost sounded like a 09 model 5.3 going into 4 cylinder mode when it would happen. Anyways i got it back to the shop in Alabama and started checking it out and went straight to checking the code that it threw. P0352 "Ignition Coil B Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction" was the 1 and only code no actual misfire codes even thoe it obviously had a dead miss. So i went straight to checking the plug on cylinder 2 as the code pointed at and number 2 was kinda sutted up but not to bad and when i put it on cylinder 4's spark plug it fired so the plug was fine. Went on up and checked the plug wire number 2 for any cracks or breaks and it was fine. Moved on up to the Coil Pack and moved it back to cylinder number 4 to check and see if it was good and it was but when i put number 4's coil onto number 2 it still wasn't firing. I then start thinking it has a broke wire between the Cylinder 2 Coil Pack plug and the master plug that all 4 passenger coils plug into since the coils were good. I hook the multi meter up and check for Continuity on the 4 wires for the number 2 coil plug and all 4 wires have continuity to the master plug on the passenger valve cover ... after this im lost. If it had a broke wire behind the master plug going to the PCM would it not effect all four coils on the passenger side. The only problem i can think that would arise is a bad PCM but i have never heard of many LS computers going bad under normal conditions but knowing my luck anything is possible. But can anybody correct me if im wrong about it effecting all 4 coils if its broke elsewhere or think of any other problems that would cause this... Thanks guys any help would be appreciated.... P.S. I don't think it matters but just as a FYI it has factory 01 square coils.

Did you give it enough time? A bad coil can work OK until it heats up.

I did , I let the truck idle about 25 minutes letting the electric fans cycle on and off twice to make sure the engine and the coil packs had plenty of heat in them. It turned out being a bad Coil Connector. Even though it had continuity through it , it wasnt enough for it to actually make a spark from. I bought 2 new coil pack harness's and it fixed the problem.
