Default P0174 and P0300 Rough idle

I just got an 04 silverado ecsb wiht a 5.3 I started to pull stuff from the old truck. I swapped the intake tube and filter, battery and disconnected the tb coolant tube. While I was in there I cleaned the tb and the maf. Also to prepare for the headers on the new truck I sprayed the manifold bolts with pb blaster

I put the old truck back and everything was fine. The new truck (04) and it did not like the changes. It started running rough right away. At first the idle was around 800. It finally settled down to 550-560. But the long term fuel trim bank 2 at idle is about 18% lean. When i run the rpms up I settles down. I started to check for leaks with brake fluid. I was not able to find one. Not to say there isnt one.

I am at a loss. The only other thing I can guess i the intake tube is cracked or i fried the o2 sensor.

Any thoughts? and yes i did search and not finding the exact issue.

Thanks in advance

ok so the long term ft is now at normal levels at idle. but when i rev it at all, bank 2 jumps to 25% lean. I am still at a loss. I have triple checked for vac leaks. and nothing.

What baffles me is all i did was change my filter and intake tube and clean the throttle body. Oh I am not getting any more codes as of yet. The o2 sensors are reading fine on my scan program. I use Torq.

Any help would be great.
