Running lean bank 1&2 idles like I got a thumper cam which I don't idles between 900 and fluctuates down to 500 rpm truck will kill itself at idle or at a stop light sometimes takes off at 1500 rpm from a dead stop if it's cold outside when I leave work (3rd shift). Any suggestions on what would cause this

 

Vacuum leak, most likley the intake gaskets
