Options for removing TM?
Got a new converter for the Hoe, falls on it`s face going into 2nd. All I wanna do is remove or reduce TM. That`s it nothing else, wifes truck there will be no other mods..
My only choices seem to be in the $500 range for a mail tune is this correct?

Howdy,
when I talked to w4m yesterday, the told me that they do not reccomend removing the tm. I asked why and was told because it would cause premature transmission failure. Have a goodun!!

Not if you do it right, if you go all out and remove everythign and beat the crap out of the tranny yes, it will fail prematurely. I ran mine forever with absolutely no TM and I wasnt too easy on the gas, and it went at 117k, but that was only because my rear end failed and took the transmission with it.
