What tuning suite are you using? I use HPT, I dont have a delay in seconds, Not all but some newer trucks will not enter PE for about 60 seconds when PE Enable TQ is 100%. Fix is to lower it or set at 0%. I assume we are talking about the same table just different vender?

I am using HP tuners and I do not see anything about a delay in seconds or PE enable tq I do see a PE enable RPM, Delay RPM, and PE enable TPS Hot. Which table is it that I need to change?

Engine > Fuel Control > Power Enrich > Delay RPM

Delay RPM set to 0
Enable torque set at 0

What version are you using? We didnt get this table untill the second update of 2.0. Should be,

Map
Map Hyst
Delay RPM
Enable TQ, Needs to Be 0, Not 100%
TQ Hyst, 0
