Default o2 Voltage Normal?

I've did some searching, but nothing was clear enough for me. I'm using the Predator to read the live data. Three o2 sensors bounce around like crazy, which I read was normal. But I have one on Bank 1 that ranges from 0-30mV at idle and rises a little with some throttle applied. Is this normal? I haven't had any codes or SES lights come on. I'm going to drive it back to work (on lunch) and see what happens.

I read the normal operating voltage for o2 sensors range from ALMOST zero to 1V. And the reason the voltages bounce around so much is because the computer trying to reach "The best air/fuel ratio for complete combustion and emissions is a stoichiometric 14:7:1 ratio."

I haven't read the whole article: http://www.asashop.org/autoinc/dec2002/mech.htm

Thanks,

Well I checked on the way back to work, and it was operating like it should. I may have just jumped the gun. Figures...

But I'm going to keep my eye on it.
