I know it can throw off your fuel trims therefore affecting performance if your o2's are getting burnt up. Might want to change them out....not a bad idea, it cant hurt.

wen i had my 5.3 there were lazy coming on the off probaly with the 6.0 they just gave out completly

i say you swap them marcos stop being a bish.

like they said, you CAN drive it, but would be better to swap them, cus ull be missfiring and your tune wont be working correctly thru out the power band.

As stated. Full throttle conditions the engine richens up and doesn't need the o2's, but anything less and it uses those to adjust the fuel mixture. Your gas mileage and part throttle performance is going to be HORRIBLE.
When 1 of mine went out I got 290 miles to the tank. Fixed it and got back to 400.
