o2 sensor ??

o2 sensor ??
Going by my aeroforce scan gauge the o2 B2 (bank 2)voltage hardly moves at 445 to450 milavolts where as the B1 is all over the place up to 800. Question is the B2 the right bank or could it be the after cat o2 sensor and thats why it hardly moves? If the right bank sensor is bad could this cause a flat spot on occasion at WOT??
