Hi Ken,

I prefer to have an area that has good access to highway roads as well as surface streets, preferably with low traffic. Malls are generally good places to meet.

I don't know just yet when in August, I'll need to look into my schedule a bit.





I'm thinking the mall in bridgewater, which is the more northern location (see map with star), unless anyone can think of a better place? Ideally it will be off major highways and easy for everyone to access.

I think we should have enough interest now because current we are at 7 before I update the list, I think once I re-tally names (after I make this post) we may be at the 10 minimum.

I'll also send Justin an email telling him I think we have the minimum at least, and see what his input is.

I don't know which dates in August you are looking at, but I am good from the 15th to the 28th. I also have some days available here and there earlier in the month. Keep us informed.

 

Not sure when is good for Justin either, so just going to play it by ear

 

 

I cannot do it in the later part in the month at all...if it was the 1st week or two I could swing down...let us know

Can you give the actual address of where the meet is at? I am thinking about going.

 

If we do it at the Mall in Bridgewater NJ, the addy is:

That is about a 2 hour drive for me, I don't know about that, it will have to be something that I will have to think about when it comes closer to the time of the meet/tune.
