Question Not going 100% TPS at WOT on a 07 NBS Silverado.

I have been trying to tune a 07 5.3 DOD NBS silverado with HPTuners and for some reason it's not going 100% TPS at WOT? I'm getting 82% max! The only mod is K&N air filter. What could be causing that? Could it be the traction control?

IIRC that's normal. There's something in the PID that makes it show 82% when the throttle blade is actually wide open.

litre devil had the same problem IIRC in a thread on here. You might see if he found how to make it show 100%

X2 In my experience, they don’t always show 100%

You have to log ETC %, not TPS % with the new style pcms.

82% TPS = 100% ETC
