not another o2 thread

hello folks..
been searching around for some time now...about a week..tryin to find answers bout my turning my o2's off....if i was goin to get my 2's turned off in the tune...what is it goin to do when i go to the inspection station and they plug it in....im in nj and they allow 1 not ready...its it goin to show not ready or is it goin to give a fail signal?
