I understand your point, and I know you love to be a pain in the ***, but I a hoping with all of the guys who are great at tunning around here I can feel confident in the advice given by some of the proven guys atleast.

Custm2500, I have a hard time telling people to stop before they fruk something up because they are internet schooled. 03Sierra said it better than I can...

I feel confident building an engine, installing it, firing it up first time and driving cross country. However I don't feel that me explaining to a noob how to build an engine over the internet is going to give him everything he needs to know. There is a good chance the noob will fail, I'm sure the tuners feel similar about this type of situation.

I relize that a big portion of learning to tune is experiance. Take all the advice I have gotten, make small changes and learn what works alright and what doesn't. Especialy since each truck will act differantly.

I am looking at many sorces the stickies, what you guys are telling me, someone reccomended some videos to watch. Then when I am ready to start tweeking I will have a good idea what is going in. Then hopefully I will have a real clue of what is going on when i am done.

How much timing did you add to your table there?

I added then subtracted 2 degrees. So that table is effectivly unchanged.

I was using my Torque ap today and it was telling me i was showing as much as 3* KR at 55mph or so and maybe 30% throttle. I was also seeing some under full throttle. I was almost empty and filled up with 89 octane vs. my normal 87 so it seems to help my KR some from my log the other day but not cured it all.

Should I ever see any KR? Especialy under throttle?

I loged last night and show as much as 7* KR with efi live.

What is going to be the best way to tell if it is real knock or false? Will adding the wideband help insure if it is real or false? I am doing the exhaust this weekend hopefully so I will add a bung for the WB.

No, overall under any condition you don't want to have any KR.
