Default No power? 20% TPS Max!

Just tuned an 06 Silverado 5.3L and the truck feels like its in some kind of limp mode, it will not hardly accelerate, and when logging it will not go over 20% TPS..it doesn't rev or anything, just no power. I've tried reflashing and it does the same thing. The battery went dead during, or just after a reflash, not sure if that would affect it any? Any help at all is appreciated, went over my tune and nothing looks obvious.

Truck runs fine when reflashed with stock tune, upload trans tune and it does great, flash in the engine changes and it has no power. The truck will gain speed now, just slowly.
