Sounds like it might be time to order HP Tuners? I have had mine updated from Allen once already and really haven't had any problems. If I am not mistaken Allen is a reseller of HP Tuners. Basically what I have been doing is sending the most latest tune and letting him further modify that tune. How come you got a re-tune from Allen?

depends on weather or not the tuner did a full reflash with an operating system update or just changed the calibration files i know in efi live you can preserve the case data which is the security and crank learn so you dont have to do it again but im not sure about in hp i havent used it in a while and i cant remember
