Default Need some help with wiring harness

a little back story first....

I bought a v6 03 2wd rcsb Silverado and plan on making a turbo ls truck out of it. I have a complete ls2 out of an ss trailblazer that I am working on putting in the truck and making sure it runs right before I start messing with the turbo stuff.

The ss trailblazer ls2 was drive by wire and the v6 originally in the truck was drive by cable, so I bought a throttle body that would fit the ls2 intake since I want the truck to be drive by cable. I was given a wiring harness from an 03 5.3 Silverado but it doesn't match up. Is there a factory wiring harness that I can buy to use on this thing to make it work?

You can alter the harness to suit your needs. What exactly doesn't match up?

You can get a stand alone harness. It makes it look cleaner also

I figured it out, actually its an 05 ls2 I found out so it worked out perfect, I just had to get adapters for the injectors and a harness extension for the cam position sensor, map sensor, and knock sensors

You need to check if it has a black or gray crank sensor connector shell on the block. If it has the gray shell it will not work with your current pcm and you will have to buy a module from lingenfelter to convert the crank and cam signals from 58x to 24x signal your pcm is looking for.

its the black one, its a 2005 ls2. I think I am going to have to get my harness reworked because apparently gm never made a 03+ harness that was drive by cable and went to a 4l60e. seems like its either that or just buy the harness extensions and buy the dbw pedal and tac and run drive by wire, not sure which will be cheaper....
