me and smokin share a hpt setup. we sent it in for upgrade alittle over two weeks ago and cant get any info on it. does someone have a phone number to contact them. cuz they seem to have gone to a email only contact basics, and i think it sucks and is that the only way you can get ahold of them is through email. TIA

 

You can only do it through email they usually respond really fast.

 

i sent them an email 4 days ago with no response, and smokin sent them a email yesterday. so im gettin alittle pissy. i mean i like the product. i just want to get the module back.
