That small plug should be the one the wires from the pcm tie into, that black wire looks like the ground!!!

So 2xLS1 it looks like my black wire needs to be tied off together and be joined by a separate ground wire. Because mine onay has one black wire coming from the relays towards the plug. Yours has the same one then one with a ground clamp. I'm installing all this on a 99-00 silverado.

As u can see my black wire is cut. And does anyone know which pins do the the green and blue wire go to. If im installing on a 99. Cuz i know one is used pins 42,33.thanks alot guys

Wolftrk99 05-02-2016 12:53 PM

Both to the same pins they came out of you lose the auto recirc feature for the ac, i havent noticed any difference other than when i turn the a/c off i dont have air coming in anymore... Always irritated me....

I'm swapping an 06 harness into my 03. I already have electric fans in the truck. I assume these are the two plugs down by the pcm connectors that my stock harness didn't have? If so I will just get a factory fan harness and be done.

Wolftrk99 05-02-2016 03:11 PM

03up are literally plug tune and play...after you run the harness and connect everything of course....

Jojoman01 05-02-2016 04:26 PM

So both the green and blue wire go into the same pin? And which pin#?

Wolftrk99 05-02-2016 05:18 PM

Refer to diagram above.... c1 pin 42 green wire, c2 pin 33 blue wire

Wolftrk99 05-02-2016 05:19 PM

Iirc your auto recirc will cureently be connected to pin 33 on connector 2 remove the wire and insert the fan wire and let your tuner know you did so....

The green wire will always go to the blue connector 42 and the blue wire will go to the red (99-02) or green (03-07 classic) connector 33. In the pic I posted the wires were cut before the factory 2 wire connector between them and the pcm. I just extended those wires with enough length to reach the pcm connectors and added female pcm terminals on them.

Wolftrk99 05-02-2016 08:18 PM

There was a how to i had seen somewhere that tapped into the ac clutch at the fuse box and ran another relay but just seemed like a lot of extra crap, especially when youre adding another point for a failure and drawing current from the compressor clutch circuit...

So I think I got this down green gets put in pin 42 in the (blue plug) the blue wire gets put in pin 33 in the (red plug). Never heard ofrom anyone tapping in to the red plug but if it works

Wolftrk99 05-03-2016 11:32 AM

The 08 fans are same as the nbs just need harness and reprogram

I have a clutch fan trying to make it to electric doe . Won't I need a bigger radiator ?

Wolftrk99 05-03-2016 12:34 PM

Depends which radiator you have now... If you look at your radiator mounts is there an extra set of bolt holes to the outside or the inside of where yours is mounted... You need the 34" radiator which will mount to the two outside holes in the core support

Yeah I have the smaller one . Would I just need to buy a bigger radiator? And will everything bolt up right

Wolftrk99 05-03-2016 05:07 PM

Yes it will
