Need a .bin file for 95 1500

If anyone can help me, I need a .bin file for a 95 1500 Chevy truck. The code is BJYL. I can't find a copy of it anywhere on the net and I'm trying to avoid having to remove/desolder the chip from the case.

I cant attact it it says its a invalid file? Its a stock bin from my old 95 truck.
