Default moregrip,flyer-or anyone!!!

I Followed your charts about how to remove TM.Everything seems OK just when you start from a dead and go WOT it seems like it bogs a little and then about 4500-5000 rpms it just take off like a raped ape.The only thing I did different is take out 80% in Retardvs.%Torque Reduction table. Also in your charts moregrip I noticed that in the Engine Torque Loss % due to Spark Retard table you zroed out the top line-what does that do?Sorry for being dumb but I want my truck to take off and run like it does from 4500 on up.Am I missing something.

What about Abuse mode?
The Torque loss % table is the inverse of th "Spark Retard vs. Torque Reduction" table. It tells the PCM how much torque is lost for any give amount of spark retard.

Disable abuse modes.

It's going to have some bogging on the low end, that's just the nature of the beast.

Is the bogging due to the engine? My engine has a little bit of bogging when I try to take off while brake standing to the stock stall. Im convinced the vehicle needs to launch in the power band of the CAM so I went to a 2900 stall. I believe this should alleviate the problem of bogging. Im interested to hear your response as Ive never heard anyone mention a slight bit of bogging on the low end before.

Cheers

Crash Dummy can explain that top row zero'd out much better than I. In fact Flyer was was the source I got most of my settings from, Crash Dummy filled in the blanks.

maybe your bog is the 3.23's . if im at a dead stop and stall it up a little bit it leaves hard . but if i just stomb on it it kinda bogs then starts pulling hard around 2500 to 3000

At the time of this post I did not have any work done to the High and Low Octane tables. My timing was only 17*.I have since worked on the timing and trans settings for the gear changes. My truck now feels very strong-it does bog a little off the line due to the 3.23.
