What is the advantage of having more pigtails for HPT?

You can tune with your wideband on their their tuning software.Or add a sensor to monitor IAT or and number of things.

So I need two pigtails then? One for the obdII port and one for the wideband?

You need the Enhanced interface to hook it up.
