More DBW problems, possible failed x-link?

Obviously that would be because the tb is only opening 40%, just like it's telling you. Did you ever get it fixed? How did you fix it if so?

Thank you captain obvious lol, haven't got it fixed yet because the truck has been down this whole time, i'll continue in to this when i get it back on the road.

I'm having more and more problems with my x link, randomly defaults to reduced engine power. I've eliminated the NNBS throttle body and truck wiring as the source of the problem.
I switched to my stock tb and drove a few weeks and not once did reduced engine power problem occur.

I put my TBSS intake on with xlink and it will throw a 1516 code and REP usually around 4000 rpm in second gear and only at WOT. Havent had much time to look at it
