misfire problem, help!
#1
Well a month or two ago I had an O2 sensor take a dump. At the time funds were tight so I just unplugged it. Truck ran fine until tonight. It was raining pretty hard and once it got up to operating temp it started misfiring HORRIBLY at part throttle. Seems like once I hit 3/4 throttle it would clear up and take off. O2 sensor is still unplugged...
I have an actron scanner/reader and i hooked up it, the only code other than the O2 code was a random misfire and a pending random misfire. I hooked up a timing light and it was tough to tell if either bank was missing more than the other.
The scanner gives me values for the maf and other sensors, but I am not sure what they are supposed to read normally.
Any ideas??
