I really doubt you'll get even close to 13s with just bolt-ons and a tune unless you do A LOT of weight reduction.

I ran a 14flat with full bolt-ons, cam, and stall. without any weight reduction.

Maybe your truck will be a freak! I dunno.

a reg cab short bed is hard to get into the 13's on basic bolt-ons and a tune. I'm sitting at a 14.4 right now with the mods in my sig. The tune from that dyno is maxxed out pretty much. I could use a little tweak on my MAF tuning, but otherwise I'm running max timing and the optimal a/f ratio. Anyways, don't expect huge gains from just a dynotune. I'm not saying that it's not worth your money at all though. After full bolt-ons it's the first thing you should do. A cam would be nice

100 rwhp from a tune of any kind is absurd unless there is multiple internal mods.

i can see up to 40-45 rwhp at the most from a tune.

there is a link to a thread somewhere where allen nelson added 100rwhp but it took a dyno tune, 220 cam, LTs and ORY. might have been more boltons added cant remember.

you will need all the boltons + a cam and probably a stall in order to hit 13s in a ECSB z71

also "LS1" is the RPO code for the aluminum block engine in the camaros, and vettes.
