Default lost communication with throttle control module

My 04 2500 keeps failing to read (hp tuners) and throws this code after the failed read. Any ideas? Only time it throws this code is when I try to read the vcm.

Thanks, Kade

Do you have Onstar, XM or an Ipod adapter module?

I still has been giving me fits. Finially pulled the fuse for the DIC and it worked like a charm. It was hit and miss with the radio fuse removed.
