My gauge reads lean at partial throttle at times, but never WOT.

i asked on other forums they said the sensor could be going bad

I had this problem with mine. I talked to innovate and they said that it sounded like a cracked porcelin in the O2 sensor. He said at high exhaust flow (wot) that it will spike full lean off scale. I replaced my sensor and it fixed my problem.

Yep. When my sensor went bad. It read 14.7 and would not change. You can get a wideband o2 sensor from GM. The GM part # is 12575657. It is a Cadillac part. It will plug into the AEM harness.

its acting weird- now even @ partial throttle and maybe 5psi it reads "--:--" @ wot i can smell raw fuel... even though its reading off the charts lean

Honestly, I think because your under boost it's creating an over enrichment problem and your 19#'s are locking up.
