Default Lambda equation with AEM UEGO 30-2310 in HP Tuners

I'm having a hard time finding the correct equation to use with my wideband in hp tuners. I have it set up correctly to show AFR but i'm making the switch to lambda. My wideband is weird because it uses .5v to 4.5v instead of 0v to 5v. In the installation instructions below you can see the volt table.

Anyone have an idea of how to derive the equation from the data AEM gives us? Thanks a ton

Default

I used the list function to input the volt/lambda slope. Is there any problem in doing this?

I would still like to know how to figure out the linear function with that info though
