My 5.3 usally only shows a max of about 305ft.lbs. And this usally comes up below 3000rpms where MAP still matches BARO.

Ive scanned another stock 5.3 and it shows about the same thing.

Ive scanned a stock LQ9 that showed right at 360 where it was rated.

 

mine showed 505 pretty consistant on a wot run without nitrous. I assume this is calculated crank tq?

 

I believe there is a TM setting/control that controls how much it will make, mainly B1901

I have seen mine hit 6xx something but I always thought this was a bogus reading that the computer used not something that was actual or close to it for that matter.

Im pretty sure that I set it to max but ill check it again.

Maybe theres a hidden table in EFI live that I can't see thats making it do this. But I have seen as high as about 316ft.lbs.
