Default just came in

I just recieed my efilive in the mail to find out that the pcm is locked.. I got a nelson tune does anyone know about getting around this? or do I have to ask for a stock tune?

i dont think there is any getting around it other than getting it unlocked by nelson. i had the exact same issue with my nelson tune when dcjustin went to tune mine in person. i just bought another core since i couldnt wait.

I sell them for $100 to a customer. Depending on junkyards in your area, you might be able to get one slightly cheaper if you look around. If you don't have a stock tune for your truck already, then a good bet would be to hop on eBay and buy one from any of the sellers that will sell you one programmed to your VIN. Typical cost is about $120-130 for that route. Well worth it considering you'll have the latest GM calibration for your truck.
