You most likely you have another bad 02Sensor on that side, a wiring problem, Not enough Fuel, an exahaust leak, or an intake leak. a Tune issue is also possible

Are you getting any other codes besides a low voltage code???

Can you post any and all codes you are getting???

If your not getting enough fuel pressure under load you can have the same symptoms. You need to install a pressure gauge and run it up past the hood. Tape it high up on the windshield so you can see it and safely drive your truck. -Do NOT take it on busy streets or major high ways!!!

It is VERY Dangerous!!! So be careful, NO need for WOT runs. Your only looking to see if you have pressure drop in gear when you start to accelerate. If your not comfortable checking that have a qualified mechanic do it for you.

The code i'm actually getting is the heater code for bank 2, P0155. I hooked my predator up to the truck, and watched the live data for a few minutes. Very strange. I got misfires on 4 cylinders: 1,2,7,8 and that's it. very interesting.

I dont' know about testing the fuel pressure under load. I've got two kids, and can't afford to get injured trying to shade tree a specialized test with the bare minimum in equipment. The predator shows fuel pressure and such, seems to be OK.

If the truck runs fine at wot, then you problem is occurring in closed loop. If you have a capable scanner, then I would force open loop and see if the sympons clear up. If not, you could unplug the o2 sensors, reset the computer to clear out amy trims and try it again. If the symptoms clear then I would check your o2 sensors. I had a brand new sensor that plugged in, but did not work.

i've got some new data. I ran my predator on a live data feed, and noted some things:

Short Term fuel trims (average)

Bank 1: 0.00
Bank 2: 50.00

Spark Adance: ranged from 17-22

Long term Fuel trims:

Bank 1: 5
Bank 2: 25

MAF Airflow: 6.60 g/s

I also noted that ALL cylinders are misfiring, and doing it often. Going to pick up a new O2 this afternoon. (under warranty) Also, might pick up a camshaft position sensor. Anything I need to know about putting that on?

OK, I just swapped the Bank 2 O2 sensor, and that leveled out the fuel trims both long and short term. motor seems to be running OK. I hooked the scanner up to the motor, cranked it, and watched my cylinders. Well, the only two cylinders that were misfiring, were 1 and 7. So, the O2 sensor seemed to fix what ever issues on the Bank 2 side. Now, just 2 cylinders seem to be misfiring on the bank 1 side. Well, I swapped the #1 coil with the #3 coil beside it, and the misfire remained on cylinder 1. So, it's not the coils. I didnt pick up the camshaft sensor yet, as I wanted input before I dropped coin on the sensor. How much of a bastard would it be to swap injectors? I've never done an injector swap. Also, should I just go ahead an replace the camshaft sensor for the hell of it? 42 bucks at autozone.

i pulled the #1 plug for the hell of it, and it looked perfect. Took off down the street to grab an icecream sandwhich, and had the tool hooked to it. By the time I got to the store (2 miles), misfires on all cylinders had returned. what's next?

What kind of spark plugs Did you use???

Can you try this for me??? hook up fuel gauge, turn on engine, record data fuel trims and fuel pressure, then pull of the vacum line to the Fuel pressure regulator and record the Pressure and data???

The pressure should go up 10PSI with the regulator un-pluged. The data will will determine if you have a possible intake leak.

The fuel trims seem to be level and normal now.
