Default idle re-learn ?????

Well ever since I installed the supercharger and Allen tuned 02 pcm, when ever I start up my truck it idles up to about 1500rpm for about 2-3 seconds, then it takes it about 3 seconds for it to gradually idle back down to normal. Afterwards it is just fine. Does this mean I need an idle re-learn procedure done. If so, how do you do the idle re-learn procedure. If not, does it just mean the computer is still learning my truck (I've only driven about 20 miles or so with the blower and new pcm), will the pcm gradually make it go away after it learns my truck, because it seems that each time I crank up the truck its not as bad as the time before I cranked it up, almost like the pcm is learning the idle, but maybe its just me. Any info will help.....

Doesn't sound like a big problem to me ... but if it continues to bother you, then you should take it up with Allen. It's something that can definantly be tuned out.

You probably never paid attention before and with the blower install you watch everything like a hawk, I know I did. Jump in a buddies stock Chevy and crank it up and watch, you might see yours it not far off. I think 1500 sounds a little high but it depends where your truck idles. If your idle sits at 800-900 then jumping to 1500 sounds normal if your truck idles at 600 then 1500 is a pretty big jump. That's just me though. As long as its not jumping like that when you go to put it in reverse or drive you're probably fine.
