Sounds like your tuner has some work to do. i have no idea.
If its really rich it will idle high.

Yes, And it look good. but when it cut off its just to fast to see if it does something crazy.

I found the problem... I lean it out with a hand vacuum pump on the map sensor by pump it up to 23lb of vacuum idles great. Now maybe my tuner will lean it out and add a little timing for me so I can install new fuel pump and drive it to the dyno.
