Default Idle problems HELP!!!

You tuner guy please help. My 2011 Silverado 6.2 1500. I just install a new setup with 6.2 forged lower and TSP 6 bolt heads and small cam. Engine has stock with a turbo running a sd tune. Installs new engine setup, started up idle but hunting up and down a little. Idle about 4 min hunted up and cutoff. re started but I had to give it a little throttle. engine run but if you start easing it to a idle about 1300rpm it die like the throttle blade closes. I sent the ecm off to get the tune change a little because I seen the ecm was pulling fuel at 1500rpm and up about 3000. I just install ecm back in truck Monday start up still want idle but not pulling feel as bad. Engine runs good just holding throttle at 1500rpm and up, Rev great! But wont idle below 1200 to 1500 rpm. What do I need to look for?? this is the first throttle by wire Ive worked with with a problem....

Your tuner knows its cammed right? ypur wording was confusing. also you may want to check fuel trims and vaccum leaks

I can scan with a Tech 2. Just a few things... it run good hot or cold. open loop or close. It idled fair the little first start after the engine upgrade. I can rev the engine but wont idle below around 1300rpm. What you think I should look for.

It's throttle by wire not sure if it shows tps. I will check throttle percent too. Im going over anything on the truck I can think of that can cause this. I will check it tomorrow work.

Almost sounds like it doesn't have enough RAF airflow to me. Check your idle trims with your scanner.
