Default Idle in EFI COS3

Anybody have some advice in tuning the idle up in COS3. I have it set to OL and Disabled STFT Idle Enable: to run fueling off the B3647 and B3649 exclusively. It seems to want to run a little bit ruff and will stall from time to time. It never did that with the MAF enabled until I tried to tune the Idle trims using RAFIG. I think I returned it to stock settings but it still stalls from time to time.

any reason why you don't want to use the short term idle trims? When I had COS3 loaded on my truck I had the idle trims enabled....

Maybe i'm not understanding.. Is it idling too high / too low?

I just put COS3 in mine and all the idle settings stayed the same.. i just adjust the Idle AFR to make it lope more or less

I disabled the STFT Idle because it said to if you want to use the B3647 and b3649 commanded fuel vs rpm fuelling exclusively. I figured I would do that until I have time to do an auto ve.

The idle speed is the same as before but it seems to stumble a bit and stalls every once in a while once it is up to operating temperature.

Made a typo before. The tune is in OL not CL and LTFT is disabled and Closed Loop Temp Enabled is set to Max.

Have you been through the idle tutorial on the EFILive forum?

I have done a little work on the idle following the tutorial on EFILive. It still wanted to stall once in a while especially when coming to a stop after driving for a while and especially when putting it into reverse. Not sure if I might still be able to fine tune it a little, but I upped the idle speed from 575 rpm to 675 rpm once the truck is warmed up and it has pretty much cured the problem.
