Default IAT vs Timing vs E85

Just curious if you guys could give us some pointers on IAT vs timing when running E85, from a dead stop to 110ish my brother's truck (Jake99) will hit IAT's of over 170* and therefor is pulling lots of timing. Here is a log and a screenshot of his IAT vs Timing table we are running now. Input appreciated!

I forgot a few more details...

This was on about 12-13 psi and the AFR was about 11.8. The intercooler is mounted right behind the grill and it has an electric fan pulling air the whole time. Doesn't it seem as though the IAT's are climbing very excessivly? Or is this normal?
