I wish you were close enough id let you play around with EFILive for a while. It is great. The Aussies have got their **** together on this one!

 

I've sent my file to Speed Engineering, Allen Nelson, Carputing (EDIT) and Speartech. Ken @ Carputing said that he could reflash the PCM if I sent it to him w/ a VIN # for a 6.0L/80-e/2WD truck. I was supposed to send the PCM and harness back to Speartech, but when I called John back to get the address and give him my CC info, he didn't answer and hasn't returned my messages. Allen and Sean haven't gotten back to me yet either.

I'm going to call TransGo and the shop that installed the TG this morning and see if they can give any advice. I just don't know what to do.

 

Can anyone tell me what the truck would do on the stock 60-e tune? Anyone ever tried it?

 

double, tripple check that the new plug harness is plugged in all the way.....This is the same thing that happend to me a while back.
Just a thought.....

Just curious...do you remember which plug in specific wasn't plugged in all the way. I'm pretty sure that all of mine are plugged in all the way, but maybe I have a bad sensor or something?! I'm going to call the shop and tell them to quintuple check all the connections.

yeah the damn round one that i needed to do the swap, i did not have it plugged all the way into the trans....

Don't really know anything about the transmission programing but I have edit and efilive on my laptop if you need it.

we got a file from hptuners to do quicksilverados truck....just flashed it and it worked.
