how to open a file offline

Im trying to look at a couple tunes to view the trans settings and cant view them for crap. how do i upload a file on here and view one one here?

What software are you using??? Hp tuners or efi live?

Where did you get the files? If they were written with a newer version of HPT than your version(or BETA), then your version will not open the file.

If this is the case, you can update your version of HPT to the newest version available. Just go to HPTuners and log in. From the home page, go to "Go To Customer Center" and you will find a link for the newest public release. If you want or need the BETA version, you'll need to send an email to support@hptuners.com and place a request.
