How much timing are you guys running and how much is to much???

N/A and nitrous with 93 octane on a fullbolt on lq4 with a 224/224 581/581 112

N/A i would be between 25-28 all motors are diff. TOO much would be around 35 or so more

NOS...all depends how much n2o....100 shot 24, 150 shot 22, 175 shot 19-20..200 shot 16-18, and so forth

Thanks for the info I think my tuner has way to much timing in my truck. It's hitting 40 degrees n/a. Do you think I am losing power that high?

Your hitting 40* at WOT or cruising? I am assuming cruising, cause 40* at WOT, this thread would be about you picking up pieces of your piston.

compression plays in too. higher compression=lower timing.

A lq4 has like a 9:5 comp ratio

That's your static compression ratio, your camshaft will affect your dynamic compression ratio...
