Bank 1 Sensor 1 = Driver's Front O2
Bank 1 Sensor 2 = Driver's Rear O2
Bank 2 Sensor 1 = Passenger's Front O2
Bank 2 Sensor 2 = Passenger's Rear O2
When I log them they read as front O2s B1S1 and B2S1.

Ok UPDATE!
I got the new O2 sensors in there and im still throwing fuel metering codes and now im throwing a MAP sensor code (maybe caused by the 224/226-110* i just threw in there.
) I did swap the heads a while back and it doesnt smoke or steam so i dont think im leaking water into the cylinder. It also has a hard start every now and then. What could this be? Fuel pump taking a ****? SOMEBODY HELP ME SAVE THIS TRUCK BEFORE I LIGHT IT ON FIRE!!!
