Default High idle when stopped

I have been having an random issue with my idle. The issue is when coming to a stop from driving the engine doesnt idle down to normal. When I was able to get a log I noticed that the TPS was at 11% with no driver input from the pedal and everything else looks like it should. When I shut the truck off and turn it back on its normal again. Now what would be causing this and what should I look for to correct this issue. (I was able to get a short log but unable to upload at this time.)
