Have you done any tranny mods?? If not then I'd only remove about 50% at MAX if it's a 4l60E!!
Hp tuners can tune the injectors and PCM.
My advice will be to put the new PCM first. Load the new calibrations in and get the truck running. Make sure there are no SES codes at all!! Drive around a little an break it in to see if you can make the SES light come on. If it doesn't come on then install the new injectors if they are different from yours!! They might be the exact same injectors I can't remember. But the point is, you don't want to swap everything out at once then have a SES light come on then have to trouble shoot everything again. Might as well do one first then the other. Hope the helps

01Blackerado,
he's buying an allready tuned PCM, it's going to be set up for the 24# injectors allready.
here's some links to keep handy for the PCM install:
http://www.nelsonperformance.com/howto.htm
http://www.nelsonperformance.com/passkey.htm
as a professioal tech the injectors should be simple, just get in there and go for it, shouldn't take you more than an hour
